Coach interacts with a nominated person for 30 mins, once per week.

Nominated person can be an Owner, Manager, Stock or Inventory Controller, Marketing Manager, Team Leader, Key Salesperson etc.

You can change the nominated person at the end of any month and as many times as you wish. Great for training new employees or giving existing staff a refresh.

Price is per session and recurs every week until cessation requested.

A monthly written report is included and there is no lock in contract.

Description

Your Coach interacts with a nominated person for 30 mins, once per week. The nominated person can be an Owner, Manager, Stock or Inventory Controller, Marketing Manager, Team Leader, Key Salesperson etc. basically anyone you wish to boost the skills of and drive business with.

In addition, you can change the nominated person at the end of any month and as many times as you wish. This is invaluable should you wish to train up new employees as they come on board.

  • We set KPIs, (Key Performance Indicators), for them to be held accountable against.
  • If needed, we generate a 7-day Planner, (Ideal Week), to help them manage their time.
  • Each week we call the Nominated Person to go over KPIs and plan for the week ahead.
  • Training for their specific role will be supplied. Great for new employees or performance management needs.

A monthly written report is included and there is no lock in contract rather we simply ask that you give us one month’s notice, in the unlikely event that you should you ever decide to discontinue the program.

Price is per session per week and recurs every week until you request cessation.

This offering is conducted by Mr. Retail himself, Bryan Young, but please be aware that he only has limited spaces available.
